Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation requests as long as the product has not yet been shipped or entered production. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be charged for shipping costs at most once (this includes return shipping). No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for product returns.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
